Surfing in Mexico

Hi I’m currently thinking about moving somewhere in Mexico that has good surfing possibilities and it’s working around this season
I’ve been thinking about moving to Mazatlan, los Cabo’s, sayulita or somewhere around that coast , or somewhere around puerto escondido Oaxaca
Any recommendations, comments, thoughts about it ?
I really want to improve my surfing as I’ve been surfing for almost over a year everyday as I live in siargao Philippines, and I don’t want to stop
