A picture would be helpful.
Look along the centre stringer, there may be a date and shaper penciled into the foam.

Try contacting O'Neill itself!
I've taken up troll hunting just for fun, instead of a rifle I'll just use a pun! 冲浪爷爷

Are you sure it's not just a O'neill sticker/decal on a Intruder board ?
