The Pelican Point, is mostly a left but sometimes a right and breaks year round. Kind of semi point, the right reels down the line into some rocks, the left does the same thing. Locals are friendly as long as you mind the business and keep to yourself.
Park in Crystal Cove Lot 3 and walk to the point, if you can't find the point find the place where the waves aren't shorepound right on the rocks.
There are some hotels nearby.
15 dollars or free if you have a State Parks Pass.
Not much.
Not much.
When it's flat either walk around the beautiful landscape of the State Park, or attempt to grovel the shorepound.
