Beach break that breaks both sides of the pier. Sandy bottom so nice wave for beginners. Gets really busy so watch what you are doing. Locals are friendly.
Starts breaking on a small swell and never really gets that big without closing out. but depends on how far out you go. Summer time has nice sets.
Put in maps and away you go.
I sleep on the beach:) Otherwise Cocoa Beach Surf Company has a really nice hotel right in the store.
There is a parking lot next to the pier which fills up pretty quickly.
Park in the Cocoa Beach Surf Company parking garage. There's always parking there. It's right across the street from Ron Jon. Also a Pay to Park,$15 for all day behind Ron Jon and when your hungry, there is a restaurant in the parking lot.
CBSC and Ron Jon both rent a lot of boards. There is also a surfboard rental area on the beach and not badly priced but if you want to go a lot, it would be wise to get a board.
CBCS and Ron Jon both have lessons.
It sucks. Ron Jon is open 24/7.
