One of the best waves on Vanuatu. It's a hollow barreling wave that breaks over a coral reef. You can take either the left or right, just watch out for the coral at low tide. On a good day you can get a ride of 100 meters.
You'll get the best waves during the summer, but expect pretty consistent surf in the 4-6ft range. You can still score waves throuhout the rest of the year, but it will only be 2-4ft. If you are planning a trip, the best time of year for surfing here is January thru June, where it's more likely you'll get favorable offshore winds.
Be prepared to wait a while for surf, it can be pretty rare.
It's off the Pango Point Road on Port Vila. Drive out along the Pango Road and head past Pango Village. The Point is not far out of the Village.
