Description
Young New Zealand surfer Billy Stairmand (Raglan) used his local knowledge to advantage and surfed extremely well to advance through both rounds one and two of the Billabong Pro Teen Series at Manu Bay (Raglan). In round three he'll face highly rated Queensland surfer Mitch Coleborn.
