Surfers Against Sewage Autumn Beach Clean Series 2014

SAS Beach Cleanup October

Surfers Against Sewage are calling for volunteers to join us at beautiful beaches nationwide from October the 17th - 19th for this year's Autumn Beach Clean Series. Over 120 large-scale beach clean events have already been confirmed from Lands' End to John O'Groats, Cromer to Portrush. These inspiring community events will be led by local volunteers who are passionate about their favourite stretch of coastline. On the eve of Halloween, it's time to join these amazing beach guardians in protecting our beaches, waves and wildlife from the marine litter crisis haunting our coastlines. Check out the confirmed events HERE and please join us at an event near you!

Our beaches need thousands of pairs of helping hands! So grab a pair of gloves and head down to your nearest Autumn Beach Clean this October the 17th, 18th & 19th and get started on ending the marine litter crisis that haunts our oceans, waves and beaches.

SAS has a range of marine litter campaigns for your to get involved with. Make sure you check them out today!

The Unidentified Floating Object (UFO) campaign calls on the public to help identify persistent, unidentified marine litter from our beaches. Send us your photos of UFOs you find at autumn beach clean events or walks on the beach. Also, upload them on Instagram, tagging @ SurfersAgainstSewage
