Surfing Waves

I used to surf (badly) when I lived in Cali. I am know several years in IL. Does anyone know of good locations to surf on Lake Michigan and organizations or individuals that provide lessons.

Do a google on Great Lakes Surfers, I'm certain you'll pull more than a few sites to visit.
