im turning 95 in october, and i stilll get out on my log every now and then. i wish i was still a young man like yourself!

i heard this experiment where they take older people , and in two weeks they can double their phsyical strength through simple exercise. if your healthy enough to swim strongly and jump up to a standing position, id say your never too old to surf.

in all seriousness i dont mean any disrespect. i have a lot of respect for old people, i hope to be one some day.

When I can open up a "too old?" post and see an age like 93 - more than twice as many tree-rings as I have - then this is the sport for me.
