I'm in Georgia....

I've never surfed before but my family vacations to the beach every summer and some times on fall break.I've always admired the surfers and their totally kick tail skills. I've wanted to try surfing for years. The problem is,my mother doesnt feel comfortable with me trying to teach myself or going up to some ramndom surfer person, asking for advice. So I've been searching (to no avail) for a summer surf camp in either Georgia or Myrtle Beach. I cant seem to find and and ive typed in the Google search a zillion different ways. Do any of you know about any camps and or lessons in Georgia or Myrtle Beach?I figure if i can find a teacher in the area at least she might spring for lessons.Any help or advice you might hav would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
