im going to north carolina for surf lessons..i was wondering if north carolina had good surf for a first timer..and if july has goood surf?

NC can have good waves for a first timer. The good news is that it sticks out into the ocean and can pick up more swells. The bad news is July can be flat for long periods at a time.
