Look at what you're asking, "super easy". If there's a board that is super easy to pump and super easy to generate speed on, don't you think everyone would be riding that model from said manufacturer ? Long ago it was the Al merrick Flyer, the Hypto Crypto , Tomo blah blah , Firewire blah blah, or the flavor of the month ( or whatever Noel Salas likes this week )
Ask that question but for another sport:
" Is there a bmx bike that is super easy to do bar spins on ? "
" Is there a golf club that is super easy to hit 300 yard drives with ? "
" Is there a baseball bat that is super easy to hit home runs on ? "
" Is there a fishing lure that is super easy to catch fish with ? "
Even if there was such a board, you still need to be in the right part of the wave and be standing on the right part of the board. The board cannot make up for lack of skill/technique or knowledge of the wave. A surfboard, like a paint brush, bowling ball, computer, arrow, etc, has no potential on its own. It needs input from the user.
A lot of people on the forum are giving you advice on technique. But it seems you want the board to do it for you. It seems you want to avoid the hard work of time and effort to advance your skills. Getting good at anything takes time and effort, there are no short cuts. Surfing ain't easy.
