I have similar issues with foot/knee drag and this technique seems to help some. It also helps if I keep reminding myself to try to be more explosive during the popup. That helps me popup with more leg clearance, if its been a longer session and fatigue starts to set in. Thats when it feels like my foot drag is much worse.

The low hand gives a big push up for your hips and lots of room for your legs to come through (I suspect your issue is that your hands are too high).
The offset hands means you are twisting right from the start off the pop up.
As waikikichan shows, you need to make a hips up movement and then feet through. If you think it’s a ‘drag your knees through’ movement you will have issues.
Although I am assuming you are doing a one movement pop up, rather than a step through or multi stage pop
up - which might have other reasons for those toe bangs
