Best ride, best recording, please critique

As you can see, I caught the same ride from both the surfline cam and the one on the nose of my Bic. My frontside bottom turn is still not consistent, I end up either higher or lower on the wave after pop-up than I would like, but this one ride I hit the sweet spot. My skin is not blue, that's a processing artifact :)

A few bends at the hips (head goes forward) when it should be head keeping in line with the feet (wkk's site has some really good entries on this. http://alohaki.jugem.jp). It looks mostly like a bit of over bending in trying to turn or it might just be a loss of balance. Stiff ankles/knees- moving at the hips instead

But you did a nice turn (albeit a bit jerky) just after the surf cam footage ended and looks like you had a good ride. Definitely improving

Nice ride. Best ride you've posted so far. Your popup looks good on the GoPro. You're going down the line. Looks like you've moved closer to a peak. Congrats! Now reproduce and refine that ride 200 more times.

Good ride, though you need to compress when turning so you use your hips to turn and not your chest weight because if you use your chest weight in slighter larger surf 4ft you'll tip over and fall when turning in bigger surf.

yeah, had that problem a lot in the beginning. I work on turns on a carving skateboard, trying to make sharp turns while leaning without bending at the waist, but when I am surfing all this training goes out the window in the rush.
