I need simple dry workouts to help me get to the lineup...

...without getting too tired to surf after :)

I have access to a very basic gym and a rowing machine.

I think beside correct technique I also lack stamina :ninja:

My leg is injured so i've been working my arms, chest, and shoulders with dumbells and resistance bands. I really like working with resistance bands because you can basically do most of what you would get with a gym membership for a $30 set of bands.

Push ups and pull ups are also exercises I work on. By the way, I'm not that experienced as a weight trainer. I'm just focusing on the muscles I know I need for surfing.

If you need endurance then you also need cardiovascular training so something that gets your heart pumping and keeps it there for a prolonged period of time

Thanks, the one side pull is actually something I can do at the gym here, should help.
