Hi and welcome Baron, Lucas, a good thing to learn ( great to post a video) is to move your feet to enhance your turns . Jumping just disrupts the flow of the board on the wave.
learn to step forward and back forward will enable to drop into those little bits of wave you force by jumping, a slight step back will put the back of the board into the wave and free the nose for you to turn it around.
Your posture is frozen and your knees stay basically at the same angle throughout your ride.
try weighting and unweighting your feet ( What does he mean by that) = put more pressure on your back foot and towards one side of the board the board will turn after the turn release the pressure on the back foot and put pressure on the front foot (observe).
If you feel stable going across the wave take a step forward (observe).
What happens? Post more videos we will help , others will see this and add more for your improvement.

1) front foot is more at 3 o'clock. Try having the front toes point more between 1 and 2 o'clock. ( but don't look down to check, feel it )
2) Both hands are acting as "feelers" and not taking active roll in steering or driving the board. Your front left hand did do a bit of bouncing, but I think that was just from vibration. If you slowly swing your right hand behind your body, you'll feel the twist in your waist, thus creating a turning force thru you legs, knees, down to the feet and ultimately to the board.
3) agree with Jaffa, you're trying to turn from the middle. But you did slot into trim, took awhile, but you did it. There's a lot of surfers I see do the hip-jive watusi, flinging their arms all over the place and only go straight into the flats. You turned.
4) not many people can make that ending closeout section, so no worries. But with you in the middle of the board, you can never get your weight over the tail to bring the nose up and kick out.
5) after you fell off, you popped up immediately. Probably fine because it's so shallow. But luckily your board didn't roll into you or your head. Always come up with a hand to protect you just incase your board is still twirling in the air or slinging back because of the leash pull.
Overall, great commitment. Good eyes looking at what's happening next.

Great work and thanks for posting the video!
Its really helpful advice for a lot of us at similar stages of learning, being able to see what you're doing, and using the advice given for many of us to learn with similar problems.
Keep the videos coming!
