Best spot to buy used in san diego, and....

like the title says- lookin to buy used in san diego and not spend too much. i know there are hundreds of shops and probably a bunch that fit what i'm lookin for, but i'm just movin home from wyoming (enlistment is up WOOT) and lookin for a short board. if you were gonna ask, yea i've ridden long and they're boring. so plz let me know whats up with the used scene, thx.

oh, and this is my first short board since i've 'fully grown' (meaning not 12 anymore) i'm 6'2" 220.... what size would you pro's reccommend?
