HEY. my surfboard has a chip in the back the fiberglass is damaged like an inch, my question is: for how long can i ride my surfboard untill it gets worse?

it all depends whether it is through the glassing or not. if it is DO NOT TAKE IT OUT. that will let water in. go to you local shop and pick up some sun cure. put it in the whole and take it out in the sun it will take like 5 minutes to dry then sand it down. hope that helps.

If the hole is an inch deep its likely to have gone through the glass
Get it repaired straight away

haha i guess an inch deep would be through the glassing. haha. missed that part

Dont take it out untill its repaired!!! A friend of mine smashed his custom into a russian tourist on a NSP,and left one hell of a dent. Unfortunatly now he realises that he should infact have got it repaired, the water seeped through and de-colourised the pristine white-as-snow effect...and its virtually impossible to dry out once its in there. Prevention is the only cure!!!
