welcome

not sure if i rip on a fun board.....the answer is, your mind is your limit.
you will be able to slash that pig, and catch a load of waves. i figure if you are riding waves the board is sized ok for you. just keep the stoke and get wet as much as you can. surf any waves when you go, no matter if it is crap. surfing bad waves will still make you better. have fun and don't snake people, it can be hazardous.

keep the stoke.

It depends entirely on the board but it will never be as manuevarible as a shortboard. But i guess you know that already.
