Problems with frontside cutback

hey guys
I've been surfing for about 2 years now and I can now do floater/off the lips, backside snaps and a pretty good backside cutback.

However, my frontside cutback is still lacking both power and style. I pump down the wave and when i get to a flatter section i start to turn but its always really slow and theres never much spray.

Has anyone else had this problem? could anyone give me some advice?

Thanks

practice...practice.

start your turn with speed, and start the hard cut from the top of the wave.

I could describe it perfect, but only practice will help.

one of the big reasons could be not having enough momentum. also you have to distribute your weight smoothly. A half hearted attempt aint gonna produce results do it like you mean it

It sounds like you may be pumping to far ahead of the power.
If your backside cutbacks are working you may notice you're closer to the curl.

I'm just guessing having not seen the wave, or you on it.
