Whats the best way to turtle roll a mini mal?

Make sure you have a good head of steam. just before the white water gets to you, grab the rails next to your head, lock your elbows against the rails, take a deep breath and flip over.

hold on tight, cause you don't want the board ripped out of your hands.

It'll take a little while to get used to it and get the right angle down, but it comes in time and with practice.

nope but i have seen a duck dive and i know exactly why they coin the phrase :lol:

I find the key is to pull the nose of the board down with you, without getting lifted up to the surface while doing so. But I still lose the board half the time doing this, so what do I know?
