does anyone use the Indo Boards for training, and if so which board, what type of work out do you do and what do you think of the results, etc.

I tried one of my friends indo board... They don't seem to help me at all... 100$+ for those things are a total rip off =_=;;

I had one in the UK (couldnt bring it to Oz without filling in loads of quarantine paperwork because its made out of wood).
It definitely helped with balance and flexibility, and to a small extent technique. And it was fun too.

I'd rather build one myself than buying those overpriced things

I have an indoboard. It mimics surfing to a certain extent. I would go and buy a longboard skateboard, your surfing will improve much much faster, if you get good at pumping on a longboard skateboard. Also, just surf more you'll get better haha

I own a balance board that I made. They do help greatly with balance although I longboard (downhill and LDP mostly) as well so that probably makes a great difference then just using the balance board alone.
