hi, this may sound like a dumb question but is there any specific way of tieing the leash to the board or is any way fine?

push the loop through the sunken hole int he board then fead the whole leash through the pertruding loopand it will pull it's self tight..

I would show a pic but i'm not near a board or a cam plus i've got about 10 mins till i should be working ;)

just tie a good knot so it doesnt come loose and you'll be fine =)

make sure the railguard is up tight against the knot. If not the string could tear through the board

The rail guard is important. (That's the piece of material between the string that ties onto the board and the plastic leash)

If either the string or the leash rub against the rail of the board, they can cause a lot of damage.
