Realistic goals

I'm down the south west again feels same 2 steps forward one back, fitness is a problem at the moment but managing to set the rail more often than not, the other day I felt the board slipping off the wave , I was very low down and stuck my hand in the face, managed to stay on it a few more seconds, felt great, it was perhaps 2 or 3 foot but very clean, felt so stoked. Here's a little vid from yesterday after I came out.
