A year ago I did not have the slightest interest in surfing, in fact 3 months ago I didn't! I only tried it because my 11 yeard old son had a go last year and wanted the rest of the family to have try it this year. I don't even like getting my hair wet at the swimming pool, that's how much of a wimp I am - anyway, I've sure cured that phobia now :D

Thanks for all the tips, pleased to report that I've had a better and more chilled out week. Have tried to just enjoy just being out in the waves and concentrating on just a couple of things at a time and it seems to have worked, got a long, long way to go before I'm up consistently on every wave I go for but feel really chuffed at my progress.

Ta!
