It's strange to those that don't know it, but yeah, you thinking as I am.

BTW, heard sunset was going off, you planning on hitting it tomorrow?

Yeah i caught some really nice lines yesterday at the cage bit of a sketchy paddle what with the tides and all. A few friends of mine checked it at 8am this morning and it was crowded as hell so im probably heading after noon or later and pray the wind doesnt do its damage

Concentration on form,, smooth and steady strokes with a rythym and force will help greatly, perform the S stroke when your paddling (it works best). Eat a bannana about an hour before a session and see what happens and last is, standing latteral lifts with some dumbells works the shoulder group and forearms, lat pulldown for the upper back and lat's, pull ups works the bicep and lat's,overhead tricep with a dumbell or dips work the tricep and lat's. A good set of dumbells (Nothing crazy,,ya don't need 20 pairs) will work wonders not only in building paddle strength but in allso keeping it up to par when there is a long period between surf sessions.

I used to be able to surf and paddle strong for nine hours continuously - but no chance now ! The difference > I used to surf all day every day back then - so all I can offer is surf, surf and more surf.
I also taught myself to swim when I went to college so I maintained my water fitness, it reeeelllly helped, I swam every day up to three times a day and one to three hours at a time in both the pool and the ocean !
And I ate mountains of healthy food !
