First surfing lessons, what do i need?

Hi - intent on taking lessons whilst in southern Spain next month. Snowboarded for 10 years but never surfed.
My questions centres around what gear I will need if any? Wetsuit will be supplied, but is there anything you can recvommend to take?

If your taking lessons then the surf school will sort you out with everything you need.

If it's in spain then remember your sun cream.

Yeah suncream, definitely. Or you will be looking like this by the end of it!

Oh, and most importantly don't forget to have loads of fun!!
