well, i just signed on-i had track after school, but i'll be on all tonight.

we're in the same time zone-eastern-and i usually get on around 7 or 8 at night. i'll keep checkin back!

I run track too! I also ran cross country, but the season ended back in december. It is great for surfing! That's why I started running -to condition for surfing. It really builds your stamina and endurance for long surf sessions, and gives you alot more leg strength. Me and my buddy Van started running in the morning at the beach a couple of miles before hittin' the surf and I noticed a big improvement after only a few weeks. Then I decided hey, why not run for school? I love it. I tried to get you on aim but you werent on. But it was like 10:30 pm so I will try earlier on sunday. Tomorrow i have prom so i wont be on at all.

ok, i'll try and leave aim on as long as i can (if my sister doesn't sign me off!), so leave me a message!

Yeah, i like track, i run distance, but what i really love is swimming. i mainly use track to keep in shape for the swimming season. I couldn't live if i didn't do swim team. i also do volleyball, and right now i'm doing travel volleyball. we had a tournament today, but we didn't win a lot of games. we played really good though!(the other teams were just really good!)

well, have lots of fun at prom :wink: !!
