No offence but you sound like a total kook. Thats ok though because eventually you will become good :D . The person closest to the peak always has priority so when you see that guy pop up on the peak make sure you dont go because if you go and your at the wrong beach at the wrong time you could be in some trouble.

Our break if you paddle straight back inside or you turn around and take off inside somebody who has started paddling, that is considered snaking. Generates same hassles as dropping in.
Fair turn and you are on the inside absolutely your wave. Dropping in is not appreciated in any way.
I've taken up troll hunting just for fun, instead of a rifle I'll just use a pun! 冲浪爷爷
