NSP Funboard Size

Postby sfwaverider86 » Mon Apr 15, 2013 5:01 am

So I am trying to making the transition down to a shortboard and I want to get a funboard to help me do that. Ive decided I like NSP and am trying to figure out what size I want. I'm 6'0 180lbs. The 7'10" sounds like a good size but I'm the weight recommendation but I don't want anything huge. Is that weight limit a useless number in my case or is the board not going to be able to float me?

What board size are you coming down from?

7'10 will be plenty to float you. Depending on what you're on now and your level of experience, you might even want to consider something smaller as the 7'10 NSP funboard is still a long way from a shortboard.
