Thinking of spending my summer learning to surf

Postby plums » Tue Jun 17, 2008 1:41 pm

ive got a whole summer off and my have heard so much about surfing and more so the surfing scene/ lifestyle.
so basically was thinking of trying to get into it by spending a few weeks down cornwall or devon way, however i know absolutely nothing about the sport or lifestyle and was hoping some one could help me out a bit!

if you've got any handy hints on where to stay, get a board/lessons then i'd be very grateful!
cheers
