I HAD to make my first, and only, phone call "home" today, well, I say home, I mean my very best mate in Birmingham. Telling everyone I know in Hawaii, complete strangers in the hostel and posting it on the forum just wasn't good enough! I'm just BURSTING with energy and buzzing so much! She didn't believe it till I told her to check her email and she saw my pics! it's just soooooooooooooooo amazing! I recommend everyone tries it. The weirdest thing was I felt totally safe :roll:

I'm finally off to Kauai on sunday. I ended up delaying it for a few reasons and then I was worried about the hurricane last week, and now Josh is off work so that's perfect! It's so fantastic out here. I'm loving every day. Now that I've found my address book I'm just gonna send a few more emails to people before I head out for some hula dancing with a friend! it's friday night and I'm up for some partying!

They tend to be careful about that being-knocked-unconscious thing.

They don't seem to warn people about that, though.

I remember the "time-before-the-second-time" I was staring up at a good canopy (parachute), then looking around - and wondering just what those catlike tandem masters had done to me. It changed everything.
