Toby has had a fairly bad car crash, which, like mine last week, wasn't his fault Someone ran a red light. What is it with people? The car looks totally mangled and I'm surprised he managed to walk out of it

He spent most of yesterday in hospital with whiplash, concussion and soft tissue damage to his neck and shoulders.

He said to say hi to everyone and let them know he probably wont be online for a while till he's better.

Just texted him, he is very sore with whiplash at the moment, and that the other driver is trying to blame Toby even though the muppet went through a red light !!!

Give him a shout for me! Hope he's ok

I'm sure he's got plenty of dirty photos of ex's to keep him amused

imagine being a bike courier, or like me, i comute 60km a day to and from work on my bike. I get hit by a car I am toast, and some pretty bad drivers out there.


Back on topic, get your self better dude. Then you can go seek your revenge on the guy that hit you/blames you for him running the red light.

I hope he makes a speedy recovery and hope to see him back here soon!

Get well soon Stone fox. Good luck with the court case if it goes that far - I had same thing happen to me with a guy shooting a red and hitting me writing my car off, luckily no injuries with my one tho.
The bad bit was it took 2.5 years until I got the insurance money cos the other guy claimed he didn't shoot a red. The CPS tried to prosecute him first but he got off due to lack of independent witnesses - I had 4 people in my car, he had 2 in his, but in the eyes of the law thats just 50:50 as no independent witnesses. My insurance company had to take him to court next and the only way I won was by getting someone I know to say he saw the accident and that he didn't know me. It worked a treat, but sucks that I had to do this rather than rely on the law .

I'm alright now, although my neck is still pretty sore and I can feel a long line of scab under my hair when my head hit the door sill.

What's worse, it was her idea to post it. She's a bit vain.
