Got more bad news last Night, a good friend of the family died yesterday morning, not feeling great today, can anyone cheer me up ?

I find if i do something crazy in there memory that helps. My old fella died about 3 years ago, he lived by the sea and loved fishing and boats, so i took up surfing

Its a cliche, but everything looks a whole lot better (or at least manageable) sitting out back. Every time Ive got something to deal with, I blatantly run away to the coast (works better than taking it out on a motorbike - I speak from painful experience).
Hope things get better for you.
