Hahaha, I love this thread
And milk at select times, dinner I chug it down, the rest of the day it just doesn't do it for me. And I'm somewhat lactose intolerant. But lower milk fat doesn't bother me....thankfully.

I don't eat dairy anymore, haven't for the last 4 years.
I had asthma and really bad hayfever, but an Indian friend of mine told what they do and within 3 months all sysmptons had disappeared. I haven't had a problem for the last 3 1/2 years!
Although I reallly REALLY miss cheese still, and Carte D'or Spagnolia Ice Cream droooooool.......

LOVE IT!! really cold and chugged down quick mmmm.
Too much dairy can make you a little poorly, especially those who seem to be sensitive to it....I ate so much cheese last christmas I got a little bit ill which had a detrimental affect on my relationship with milk

- we're back on track now

but I cant have too much too early in the day

My nephew had the same trouble when he was a wee baby so they switched him to goats milk and everything is A ok now.
Personally i cant stand goats milk. Cows milk is okay in tea but not straight up. But sheeps milk
