exercising @ gigs

okay... so i went to see matt willis last night and it was brill... but when it finished i realised how worn out i was after all the jumping and i think if i went to a gig every week i wouldn't have to go to the gym at all. I was even worse at rooster my jeans were wet with sweat ewww i no. anyone agree? about the gym i mean.

Gigging's great, getting sweaty comes in the package. :lol:
I go to many a gig and usually last till the end but come out looking rather scary. :lol:
I suppose going to the gym would help your fitness in general aswell so would proabaly help you keep going through the gig.

Yeah I go to shows (usually hardcore, punk, metal) somewhat frequently, and moshing is great exercise, that's why all those guys are really skinny (but that doesn't mean they can't destroy someone in a mosh pit)

haha yeah.. never bin in a mosh pit but i do love my gigs lol. i love hidden talents cos it means the tickets will be cheap and theres less people lol.

Well sure you may burn off some body fat....but you will have no strength.....gym it up, that way you will be ripped and ready for surfing.
