Surfing Waves

Well board people I am new here and was wondering a few things about everyone.

1. When do surf (year round, all but winter, summer)?

2. Where do you surf (east/west/other etc)?

3. Longboard/Shortboard/Bodyboard/kitesurf ?

4. How long have you surfed?

1. I would like to surf year round but do not have a winter suit so I only go out March/April - November/December. So I'm getting excited b/c it's almost time to start up this season!

2. East Coast OBX now. Used to be OC MD.

3. Longboard. I'm way to tall for a shortboard 6'5"

4. Like I said in my introduction, going on my 4th year!

1. When do surf (year round, all but winter, summer)?

Mid Spring- late Autum. Its too dark in winter to surf mid week & weekends I snowboard. Early Spring is damned cold with all the snow melt.

2. Where do you surf (east/west/other etc)?
NZ South island east coast.

3. Longboard/Shortboard/Bodyboard/kitesurf ?
Longboard + minimal.

4. How long have you surfed?
2 years.

Whenever there is swell!

West coast of Wales

3. Longboard/Shortboard/Bodyboard/kitesurf ?

Shortboard and Bodyboard if its seriously small

4. How long have you surfed?

Coming up to the lovely one year mark

During Phuket's surf season (March-November) + any other vacations

2. Where do you surf (east/west/other etc)?
Mainly Phuket, but I often travel to Hawaii and Australia

3. Longboard/Shortboard/Bodyboard/kitesurf ?
Mostly shortboard, but I do love messing around with a longboard

4. How long have you surfed?
Since I was 7 (and I am not gunna count the years...makes me feel old!)

East - OC, MD

Long and Short

Since the end of August '03

Short and Shortish
