I can't believe I ever trusted that b*****d. It turns out everything he's ever said over the last few weeks have been lies and he's only had one thing on his mind. I told him where to go.

I'm through with dating. I'm through with men. Going to enjoy being single... free as a bird. Men are more hassle than they're worth.

I sort of met someone on friday night but not sure he is interested and also not sure i'm ready for anything, but we'll see...we have EVERYTHING in common. And he surfs.

He got my number off a friend on saturday so that we could meet up for a surf, so hopefully another surf buddy (and piece of eye candy) at the least

he called me a few mins ago and said he was soooooooooooooooo sorry that he'd messed things up. the sad thing is I still have some feelings for him.. I'm insane. i don't want to be treated badly and he's said if i don't wanna see him again then that's ok, but he wants another chance. Am i being harsh by telling him where to go? I'm having doubts now. I was so certain he was a total BLEEP and I didn't want anything to do with him, but as soon as he puts on a sweet voice I'm doubting myself.

having said all that and promising I'd had enough of men, I phoned a guy I've fancied for years (but never had the guts to tell him and still haven't but am thinking about it) and we've arranged to meet over half term - the worst thing is, he suggested 13th&14th (valentines day) and now I'm all confused. Excited but scared. maybe he didn't realise that it was valentines day and just wants to meet and say hi and hang out.

To sum up... I'm a complete mess!

... enjoy the time as sucky as it seems now , a few months down the line you'll be in ere' ranting about how the new fella leaves his pants in the microwave to dry, toe nail clippings in the ashtrays and copies of Gimping Bi-monthly stashed in your " ladies things " draw etc etc etc

Something along the lines of,

"Aren't you doing anything already?"

Which should give you more information, especially if you ask face to face and watch his eyes.
