Depends what the weather like?
Rainy / Drizzle / Wind then go for a run / walk
Clear / Clear(ish) go for a bike ride

weather is quite clear. rather cold and a good breeze. i think a bike ride along the sea front and back is a nice idea. its about 4 miles

i went for a brisk bike ride, ended up at the pub to quencha thirst, didnt leave till midnight (very drunk) and rode my bike home (yes yes, dont lecture me)
i fell off it and have cut my knee

i was so wobbly and going all over the road that theyd probably run me over first
