"Drink less diet coke at work" lasted roughly an hour and a half...
"Surf as often as possible" is still going very well, thank you

"Regain the weight I lost before christmas"
Unfortunately not doing to great, I decided to regain the weight the healthy way. Instead of gaining weight i've lost another 5lbs dammit!
So back to the nutritional drawing board and sorting my diet out with my workouts.
EDIT: Oh and great commitment with the gym Thaya, keep up the great work!

Thaya you're doing great, dont give in now!!
Ive done rubbish on all of my resolutions. Must have made at least 5 in the attempt that I might succeed at 1 and have kept none of them.

My plan is always just to make 1000's of NYR's and hopefully/maybe one will last

Woah! I'm new here & this might be an odd first post, but woah! I think 17 days without chocolate makes you some kind of legend! You go girl! As for the gym thing (i think gym's may just be the devil, so well done for sticking at it!), if you're going that often you will be getting fitter/healthier, & maybe losing inches instead of lbs? Maybe not bother weighing yourself but measure inches once a week or so? Or just see if your clothes feel looser?
I'm trying to be healthier this year too, think i'm doing ok.. Except for yesterday when i ate A LOT OF CAKE, but it was my birthday so i don't think it counts??

It takes a while before you start to lose weight, what kind of gym work are you doing?

i gave up smoking last march, and with the money i saved bought myself a board and wetsuit, my problem now is i'm addicted to the nicotin gum!!!!

so now i'm going back to the doctors to get help to get off the gum and no doubt i'll get addicted to the patches or whatever

erm... brisk walking

(I need to build up gradually!) and a bit on the cross trainer - about 8-10km on the treadmill and 1-2hr workout. The thing that bugs me is I feel shattered and I'm eating really healthy food - walking an extra 50km a week at least - yet i haven't lost a pound
Well done Sal and welcome to the forum Lucy - happy birthday!

Hey how's the new years resolutions going? It's almost been one month now so keep up the good work.
My aim was to regain the weight i'd lost which was just over 1 1/2 stones.
I've finally stopped losing weight, and I've now put on 2lbs. Plus I'm looking leaner with the routine I'm doing.
How's the no chocolate res going Thaya?
And the No Smoking Sal?
Anyone else......
