I'm working at a gym at the moment, and in order to familiarize myself with everything we do I have to try out all the classes.

Who has seen the video for Eric Prydz "Call on me" ? With one bloke in a room full of cute girls doing aerobics?

Exactly that has just happened to me, it's was pretty damn funny!

Half the time I didn't know whether to grin or blush!
:D  :D  :D  :D

*edit*

If you haven't seen the video, it's available HERE:

Almost entirely young and cute with one middle ager.

It wasn't that good a workout though, and my co-ordination sucked.

I did have to spend the odd minute staring fixedly at the floor and thinking about something rank to avoid being own3d by my own hormones...!

It got worse though.

I did that at 7 last night, I didn't think it was a good workout, I barely broke a sweat (at least from exercise!) but this morning my legs hurt like hell. At 1045 this morning I did a body pump class which is another high energy Cardio class but with lots of weights - really painful!

After that, I could barely walk, my hands where shaking, I felt dizzy. Mainly because a lot of the body pump was using stuff like squats with a heavy barbell over my shoulders to focus on my thighs - which hurt like hell already!

Anyway, I'd nearly recovered when I'm told that I'm due in an RPM class at 1400.

"NO WAY!" says I
"It's compulsory, it's part of your job" says my boss.

15 mins in, I'm shaking and I feel light headed, I can bearly feel my legs - My muscles are WELL into Anaerobic respiration, my leg muscles are filling up with lactic acid and I'm in RAG ORDER. Being part of a class (and not being sound of mind due to exhaustion) I keep going.

I nearly faint.

One of the trainers has to rescue me. (and have a go at my boss for making me do it)

I can barely walk, I'm in agony, I feel light headed, I'm still shaking.

I guess I'm, a bit firtter though. :D

And I'm still grinning about last nights class!
