I went to the cinema in newcastle a few weeks ago and they asked me if i was 16  . At 27 that's just taking the piss! I was mortified. I go out drinking/ clubbing and never get asked for ID. I guess it's cuz i went out looking like i'd just rolled out of bed with a wooly hat, scarf, gloves, thick coat... in fact i don't think anyone could have seen my face (well, that's what I keep telling myself :D )

ps good luck Jo with the ny resolution... hope it goes well. I've given up chocolate until the summer  i need to fit into my bikini this year. giving up alcohol altogether would be WAY too hard. I'm gonna cut down a bit though.

Ha!

I got IDed today buying white spirit!!

I didn't even realise there was an age restriction on that stuff!

I was buying it from a really cheap and nasty shop to clean a patch on my board for a deckgrip, it was pissing it down so I was hooded up and I'm not reet tall so the lass probably thought I was some chav buying it to inhale/drink/smoke (you know, as chavs do). I still couldn't believe it though! The cheek! I'm not sure what's worse, being mistaken for a chav or being IDed at 20!

I went to a pub that i've been drinking in since i was 17....i'm now 24.

...and what do you think happened.
