Depends on your skill level I guess. I'd go with a Jack Johnson song. Flake can be easy, and there are tons of more difficult ones you could learn

Flake is bar-chord kinda progression. I play drums and I can play it, so you should have no problem!

mmmm if you want something to impress go for a classical / spanishy tune the one that pops to mind is a song called maria luisa by juilio sagreras i do warn you though it is might hard fingering (i can upload you it if you wanna hear i have the tab as well)
Also you might want to try a flamenco / classical remake of classic songs like the beatles yesterday or Layla - trust me the original versioins are childs play compared to the awkward fingering of the jazzed up versioins. But hey look and sound amazing pluss if you can sing then you can also do that, i cant though the awkward fingering takes up too much of my concentration

Johnny Cash's version of Hurt is quality, although a bit morose.
Have a look here...

Behind Blue Eyes by the Who is also good, but you maybe can't get away with it acoustically.

or 'chasing cars' by snow patrol, sounds great on just an accoustic
4 chords and relatively easy to sing
ps come back

DelbsGaffer, we only play it on 3 chords: A E D A etc. although that's probably wrong and too simple. That's how we did it on Saturday.
Essex, come back.
Not long till song. Good luck with it.
