The best one i've ever heard was when a lad who couldn't have been more than 12 or 13 said to me "Your eyes are like spanners..." (ok, so not the best start!). I curiously (ok, and stupidly!) asked why, and he replied "cause every time you look at me my nuts tighten!"

I don't use chat up lines as they are cheesy (sorry cheezee!) and sh*te, though when I first got my tattoo (random celtic-esque design) a (fit) mate of mine asked what it meant and i said it means "F*** me" - amazingly it worked!

It requires 2 people, though. Typically one who is unwilling to walk up and talk to women and the second who is the outgoing, insane friend.

Insane friend (though it helps if they are attractive) taps hot woman/man/prospect on shoulder.
