Surfing Waves

Ok this is a bit of a random one...

I never really get headaches but i've had one since sunday just a little back ground one which is steadily getting worse. I'm not dehydrated and the only reason i can think for having one is all the bloody reading i've been doing, so....

What are your cures for headaches :?:

Things i've already tried: i've been for a walk and drank loads of water and eaten loads of fruit. Unfortunatley i cant go surfing (although fingers crossed for the weekend) and i cant do any less reading.

Any suggestions, tried and tested or experimental would be good.

Oh and dont just say paracetemol or weed (Papa)

I Get Migraines and the only thing that i found that work is Migraleve and then lay down in a dark room with a cold flannel over the eyes.

i find if i just take some parermol(spelling) and lay down with eyes shut for 1/2 an hour to a hour works best for me or sorry weed and lay down

Massage your temples in circular motions (clockwise for about ten minutes, then anti clockwise). Works everytime for me
