Hey guys I feel like builing my upper body and my lower body (if possible) without using weights. I dont have a gym set at home and maybe for Christmas I could get one or something. Do you know any techniques to do such as push-ups and chin ups are the only ones I know of which do not use weights. Any type of equipment I can get which dosn't need a whole entire set since I only have a rusty 15lb (I think) dumbell (or whatever there called lol)

do your push-ups with your feet on a chair, or if thats to hard on the bottom of your staircase and move them up a step as you get stronger. imho that works much better for surfing then normal pushups cos it puts more emphasis on your shoulders than chest. chinups wont do much for your surfing but are great for your back and biceps.
Also bench dips hit your triceps pretty well which helps.
You can do slow squats without weights but they really dont have as much effect as barbell squats.

What are bench dips? Is that when you have two chairs on each side of yourself and you dip down holding your legs from touching the ground?

I think bench dips are where you have a bench behind you. Your hands are on the bench, facing forward with your arms taking the weight and legs out in front and then you lower your body so your elbows are bent (say to 90 degrees) and the lifting yourself up again.
Beware - warm up first!! I think Press ups use triceps a bit so they may help.

yep, thats them. You can also do the dips between chairs with your feet raised but you might find them tough at first if your not used to them.

get a bmx bike and go riding. Great for leg and back muscles.
