Hey im in my media lesson createing a magazine on surfing and need some ideas on what to include in it
some ideas wud b great i got a feature about UK surf spots and thats about it

Cold Water Surfing featuring all the gear and tricks (like wearing a 7mm wetsuit, hood, booties, gloves, and coming into shore to dump hot water down your wetsuit every 20 minutes.

you put in surf spots..how about like travel stuff, i.e. where to stay, how to get there?
put in everything you know about surfing. rules, how-to, boards, wetsuits, fitness.
include bios of pro surfers and up-and-coming ones.
what about surfing competitions? people might want to read about how those things work.

Or see how many pieces of litter you can pick up in an hour
Or How many surf spots you can drive to in a week

Surf spots has been done to death as well as causing local agro. why not do somthign a little more community orenated. For example a week in the life of a local shredder....

..lol.. i'd deffo go with this suggestion if you have a couple of pages near the back to fill with fun stuff !!
Most of you guyz and gurlz have old boards that dont see the light of day for one reason or another ..so im guessing the rest of the world is no different and i can sooo see the uni' surfers pimping an old board in the name of entertainment

what about lots of photos of kooks wiping out, may be the only chance they ever get of a photo in a magazine and would make a change from photos of people ripping.
