I have bruises EVERYWHERE... why did I want to learn how to do this again?? I actually have the coordination of a 3 legged colt... arghh!!!!

I had the smallest room in my house in my second year of uni and used to destroy it practicing Poi. Havent done it in aaages, hopefully pick it back up this year

oh jesus....i tried poi... i'd had a few, and my mate got them out...but they were ones that you set on fire.

I got them going fine...but couldn't work out how to stop them without setting my self alight

The poi I know is doesn't cause any pain, it's mashed up and fermented taro root, the Hawaiian side dish.
I think they are talking about something else though

I didn't want to admit it, but it seems i'm not the only one who doesnt have a clue what poi is... and going to google means opening another internet window, which is frankly too much bother

I think we should all have bets on what Poi is. Whoever comes up with the funnist definition wins a prize!! :twisted:

I thought it was some sort of Japanese carp myself

poi is gross it tastes bitter. but they put sugar in it for the tourists ,which is lame.

i do poi fire poi and all sorts it great i found it easy to lean put hay thats me i do most circus skills
