has anyone here decided not to pay for extravagent private dental care in the uk, and instead gone to Poland or other european place to get it all done a bit cheaper? Just wondering seeing as I'm thinking about doing this...
I know its a boring thread, but if someone has done it I wouldn't mind knowing so I could get somewhere to start.

Me neither. However, I have had to go back to the dentist because of the work that they did being shoddy - this could be a problem if your dentist is in Poland.

My old boss is married to a Thai girl (well, could be a bloke but ya know!!)... he hasnt had his teeth touched over here since 2000 - they goes over there three times a year to visit her family and he gets everything done over there. I remember he came back a couple of years ago, he'd had root canals, veneers and a couple of crowns down. Over here he wouldnt have had change from £1500, over there, it cost him less than £300. And cos he was staying with friends, pretty much all he had to pay was the £400 for the flights, so he easily save a load.
