A little game to pass the hours away!

Now then,
I went on a bit of a surf trip this weekend with a couple of mates and some guys I've never met before and they turned out to be really cool guys. On the way back we played "The Sphincter Game".
Basically you have to think of a film and substitue one word for the word sphincter, simple!
James Bond; The Man With the Golden Sphincter or
Saving Private Sphincter!
The best ones that we came up with were:
James and The Giant Sphincter
Sphincter Face
